Scope and general purpose of job

To assist the Outlet Manager in performing his duties and replace him in his absence to supervise the restaurant Staff and assist them whenever necessary.

Main Duties.

To assist the Outlet Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant and replace him in his absence.
To ensure that all Staff report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
To assist in the building of an efficient team of Staff by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
To ensure that all Staff provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
To assist in the training of the Staff ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
To supervise the Staff within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the department’s Operations Manual.
To ensure that all Staff have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Employee Rules and Regulations.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
 To respond to changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry company or Hotel.

The ultimate objective of the Assistant Outlet Manager is the achievement of total customer satisfaction.
A key responsibility for the Assistant Outlet Manager is to establish and maintain good relationship with subordinates and fellow employees
