Main Duties
1.  
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct name tag at all times.
2.       
To greet and seat guests according to standards set in the Departmental Operations Manual.
3.       
To answer the telephone, take reservations an handle guest inquiries according to the standards set the Departmental Operations Manual.
4.       
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
5.       
To maintain a good working relationship with own colleagues, and all other departments, and assist them in peak hours.
6.       
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

7.       
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

8.       
To have a complete understanding of the Hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.


9.       
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned.

10.  
To respond to change in the departmental function as dictated by the industry company or Hotel
