How to serve a Cognac or Armagnac

  1. Place your order at the bar with a captain order.
 
  1. Pick up your Cognac or Armagnac and place in on a service tray and carry it to the table.

Note. Make sure that you one have paper coasters



  1. Upon reaching the table with your tray, excuse your self to the guest, Place the  paper coaster on the table in front of the guest.

  1. Pick up your Cognac or Armagnac glass holding it by the base of the stem from the tray in your left hand
Note. Cognac or Armagnac should always be served in a Brandy Balloon. Cognac or Armagnac should always be served at room temperature.


  1. Farwell yourself from the table.


  1. Make sure that you return to the table to offer the guest a second round.
